WARNING WARNING WARNING - WORST COMPANY EVER - STAY AWAY FROM THIS RIPPOFF COMPANY - BEN SMALLEY THE OWNER IS I BELIEVE UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL - WITH MY JOB HE CANCELLED JUST 2 DAYS PRIOR TO THE INSTALL DATE - LEAVING ME STRANDED - ALL BECAUSE I QUESTIONED THE 50% CASH DEPOSIT HE WANTED - WHEN THE INDUSTRY REGULATION IS ONLY 10% I BELIEVE - & I believe, HIS VERY SUSPICIOUS DEMANDS FOR FULL PAYMENT EVEN BEFORE THE SYETEM IS OPERATIONAL - IN MY VIEW THIS COMPANY IS CROOKED - BEWARE BEWARE & STAY AWAY - I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR IF I COULD!!!!

Look no Further, Ben and Total Comfort Air installed my new air conditioning system promptly and to an amazingly high standard. I've used Total Comfort Air multiple times now and have never been disappointed. Highly Highly Recommend. A Tradesman you can trust. Will be using again for sure !

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. MY EXPERIENCE IS, MY FRIENDS WERE FED A WHOLE LOT OF BULLDUST BY THIS BEN GUY FROM TOTAL COMFORT AIR & LUCKILY I CAUGHT what I believe was THE CON" BEFORE THEY GOT THE JOB DONE & IT GOT CANCELLED - BE VERY CAREFUL & CHECK EVERYTHING - THESE GUYS are TRICKY in my opinion OR YOU COULD BE NEXT - I GIVE TOTAL COMFORT AIR & BEN SMALLEY A NEGATIVE STAR !!!"
