Dave was very professional in servicing our three aircons. Very thorough in the service and identifying the issue with one of them. No issues with Dave’s work at all.The issue I have is with the Metropolitan Plumbing, Electrical and Air conditioning company that Upside Down Air Conditioning associate themselves with. We have only just realised that we we have been ripped off in price. Thought we were being looked after only to now realise after being quoted for another job by Metropolitan company that we overpaid for our initial job. Utterly disappointed and feel completely ripped off. Reluctant to use the company again given their association with Metropolitan company in taking advantage of their customers. It’s just a shame as Dave’s work we had no issues with.
