Joe arrived at the time we arranged, and worked efficiently to complete the job. He was polite and kept us informed of what work needed to be completed. Joe did a great job servicing our central has heating unit.

Sensational service. Dave came out within 2 hours. He organised the service and Joe came at 6.30pm to do the work. Was fast, easy and they were lovely. As was Amy in the office when I booked it. And the dog likes them both so they must be ok! Job number SA105643

Non refundable call out fee only to be told they didn't know what the problem was. Quoted $$$ for a service on reverse cycle and that may fix the problem or tell them what the problem is. Went ahead with service only to be told they didn't know what the original problem was. Never again will I use or recommend this company.

Quoted me a thousand dollars to clean my split system, with no guarantee it would fix my problem. When I said I could buy a new unit for two thousand, he quoted me seven thousand for new supply and install.You can get an a/c unit cleaned for less than 200 and you can get the good guys to supply and install for about 2500. I want to support local business, but not if they're trying to blatantly rip me off.He was friendly though.

SA-108061 Mith. Very pleasant electrician. Efficiently and quietly worked away while I worked from home. Cleaned and tidied afterwards. Great service from him and also the staff in the office. Would definitely use again.
