The Evap Guru

We have had an Breezaire evap system that has never worked in years. We had multiple local contractors come and advise it is not fixable and to replace. With the recent warm weather I went in search of a suitable contractor to come and review for a final time.Wayne advised a suitable time within a couple days of my call. He arrived on time, and confirmed his arrival time that morning.Wayne had the unit working within 5 minutes. A simple $150 part, which he carried in his trailer.He went through the whole system with me, in detail. He explained what was working and what needed to be replaced.He then provided a quote on the spot to replace old, warm out parts to bring the system up to full working capacity.Again he advised a day, within 3 days of the first visit to come out and replace the old warm out parts.He attended on time again and carried out the repairs.We now have a great working evap system.Highly recommend Wayne to anyone. If you have been told to replace an evap get a second opinion from Wayne. You won’t regret it.WA needs more business like Wayne!

Wayne attended my investment property and inspected a very old unit that was tripping the house. He provided photos and details about the age of the system and issues with drain that damaged the controller.After obtaining a newer unit Wayne installed it. I highly recommend Evap Guru! Wayne has been so helpful right from the first phone call for a quote. He is friendly and very knowledgeable. He replaced the old rusted dropper, flashing and filters for new and checked that the components and motor of the aircon are running well. Wayne also tried to source some roof tiles but was unable to find any, so he repaired approximately 50 cracked tiles. I am quite impressed with the excellent service Wayne has provided. I will definitely be calling upon Wayne’s expertise again when needed.

Wayne repaired my evap which had a weird electrical problem. I was lucky he had spare parts for all likely culprits and in the end it was a cheap but unexpected component. The end price was very reasonable. Thanks Wayne!
