Rang for a quote, had details online for job they never got back to me over 12 months ago, had conversation that no im ringing about anther job . Got all details right then book time ect then asked how I was going to pay the 140 odd fee for the quote.

jims / metropolitan just charged me a $130+ call out fee to tell me my 2 split systems annual service would could over $1600.what a joke. got a local guy to do it for $299 each.watch this review get delete though

My existing air conditioner, which was very old, needed replacement after the service found it was more economical to replace than repair. I was provided a quote on-the-spot on the Monday which I accepted and by the end of the week I had a new replacement air conditioner at a good price. Special thanks to electrician Dave Parry who finished the job and the Metropolitan team for a fantastic response in such a short time.
