Deplorable.After discovering my expensive new split system installed by Jim’s Airconditioning was making an irregular sound I contacted them.What I was greeted with was a lack of integrity and customer service.I booked in a time to get it fixed and an hour after the allocated time window I heard nothing. So I called them and cancelled.They were unapologetic and lacked empathy.I then rebooked another time for a technician to come out. An hour after the allocated time passed and it felt like Deja vu. I then called them up to find the technician was running late, which I had already worked out. Five hours past the allocated time for the technician to come out and I decide to call them because I know this business that lacks any form of customer service won’t be calling me.I told the company that their service was nothing short of deplorable and they should send someone first thing in the morning.. apparently that couldn’t be done.I then instructed them to call me first thing in the morning…..And here we are. Spoiler alert: they didn’t, haven’t and won’t call. They’ve already got my money.I am embarrassed to have contacted this company and will be removing the Jim’s airconditing sticker from the unit as I don’t want any trace of this shameful deplorable company.
